there was once two boys who were very good friends...
one day, they got mad at each other for a little misunderstanding...

they understood and became friends again...
maybe we think if we dont hate the ones who hurt us is a stupid think to do, and we are supposed to do that...
true?or false?
by hating, you create toxin in your body...stupid?or clever?
by hating, you feel unhappy...good?or bad?
and hatred cannot solve a prblem....rational?
hatred is like a fireball, you try to throw it at others, but you got yourself burnt before you can do that...

Hate is just like a fire ball.
If we keep on holding it in our hand, we will be burn.
If we throw to other, other will be injured.
The only way is release it, put in down.
